The 6-hour childbirth preparation course covers the following topics:
Birth mechanics, birthing positions, signs of the beginning of birth, ways of combating pain, tasks and support options for the partner during birth and in the postpartum period, postpartum and recovery, breastfeeding and carrying. At the end there is a packing list for the hospital bag.
When registering, please write whether you are coming alone or in pairs.
